Terms of Use

Terms for using the Life Tap Labs website.

These terms explain how visitors may use the Life Tap Labs website, service pages, case studies, contact paths, and AI Business Assessment.

The website is meant to inform, orient, and help a visitor evaluate whether there may be a fit. It is not a contract by itself, a final quote, or a promise that every recommendation becomes a deliverable.

Using the website

The Life Tap Labs website, contact forms, case studies, service pages, and AI Business Assessment are provided to help visitors understand the company, review available services, and decide whether a follow-up conversation may be useful.

Using the website, reading the copy, submitting a form, or completing the assessment does not by itself create a client relationship, partnership, delivery obligation, fiduciary relationship, or formal engagement.

A client relationship begins only after a written agreement, accepted proposal, or other explicit documented approval from Life Tap Labs.

Public copy, pricing, and case studies

Published pricing is provided for orientation only. Final pricing, timelines, scope, deliverables, and implementation responsibility depend on business context, discovery, risk, integrations, review requirements, and written confirmation.

Case studies, concept studies, prototypes, and other examples should be read according to the notes on their pages. A concept study is not a client claim, endorsement, partnership claim, or production-performance guarantee.

Service descriptions, pricing anchors, case-study labels, package names, and public wording may change as the business evolves.

Assessment and recommendations

Assessment outputs are initial diagnostic and recommendation tools. They may help identify whether the responsible next step is AI Booking Desk, Workflows, Foundations, Blueprint, Prototype, Not Ready Yet, or another path clarified through follow-up review.

No final quote, proposal, timeline, implementation commitment, or performance promise should be inferred from public copy, contact flow, or assessment output alone.

The assessment may recommend waiting, clarifying the problem, fixing basics first, or declining to move directly into a build. Completing the assessment does not create a right to a particular recommendation.

Decision responsibility

Visitors remain responsible for business, legal, financial, medical, hiring, compliance, and operational decisions made in response to site content, assessment outputs, or other public recommendations.

For regulated, high-trust, or sensitive workflows, Life Tap Labs does not recommend unsupervised AI decision-making. Human review, escalation rules, data boundaries, professional oversight, and operational accountability remain necessary.

Life Tap Labs does not promise that every recommendation will suit every business or remain correct if important facts were omitted during intake.

Site content and operation

Unless otherwise noted, the site's copy, structure, design work, branding, case-study presentation, and related materials belong to Life Tap Labs or are used with appropriate rights.

Visitors may browse the site in ordinary good faith. Visitors may not use the site in a way that is abusive, deceptive, unlawful, technically disruptive, or intended to harvest content beyond ordinary review.

Life Tap Labs may modify, suspend, remove, or replace parts of the site at any time, including service descriptions, case studies, forms, pricing anchors, contact flows, and assessment behavior.

Changes to these terms

These terms may change as the site, assessment process, and business model evolve. Continued use of the site after updates means the revised terms apply going forward.

If a later written agreement conflicts with these public terms, the written agreement controls for the specific relationship it governs.
