Terms for using the Life Tap Labs website.

The Life Tap Labs website, forms, case studies, service pages, and AI Business Assessment help visitors learn about the company and decide whether to get in touch.

Visiting the site, reading its content, sending a form, or completing the assessment does not by itself make you a client or partner, require either side to do work, create a formal business relationship, or create a relationship where one side owes special legal duties to the other.

A client relationship begins only after a written agreement, an accepted proposal, or another clear approval recorded by Life Tap Labs.

Published Voice Agent and Business Website + Booking prices apply to the stated package scope and included usage. Custom Workflow prices and any additional scope are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Extra AI voice minutes cost $0.35/minute (35 cents). On Multi-Location plans, extra-minute charges start only when your account uses all its shared monthly minutes. Phone service, text messages, email, and other software fees are charged separately at the provider's rates. Unused voice minutes do not carry into the next month. Each plan includes a monthly amount of time for small changes you request after the initial setup period. Building the agreed system, checking it before launch, watching calls and making adjustments during onboarding, and fixing faults in the agreed work do not use up that time. Unused change time does not carry into the next month.

Your agreed service price and included scope stay the same while your subscription stays active with the same plan. Usage charges, fees from other providers, and increases in their costs are not covered by this price promise. We tell you about changes before they apply. Extra locations, languages, booking steps, tool connections, plan changes, and restarting a canceled service receive a written price before work starts.

Read each case study, concept study, prototype, and example with the notes shown on its page. A concept study does not mean the named organization is a client or endorses Life Tap Labs, and it does not promise production results.

Service descriptions, listed prices, case-study labels, package names, and other site wording may change as the business changes.

The AI Business Assessment may not be available on the website right now. You can contact Life Tap Labs directly to discuss your needs.

Assessment results are an early review and suggestion. They may help identify whether an AI Voice Agent, Business Website + Booking, custom Workflow, or another step should be considered.

The site, contact process, and assessment results alone do not provide a final quote or proposal, set a timeline, commit Life Tap Labs to do work, or promise a result.

The assessment may suggest waiting, clarifying the problem, fixing basic issues first, or not starting a build. Completing it does not guarantee a particular recommendation.

You remain responsible for business, legal, financial, medical, hiring, compliance, and day-to-day work decisions you make based on this site or its assessment results.

For regulated, sensitive, or high-trust work, Life Tap Labs does not recommend AI decisions without supervision. Human review, clear rules for handing work to a person, limits on data use, professional oversight, and accountability are still needed.

Life Tap Labs does not promise that every recommendation will fit your business or stay correct if important information was left out.

Unless a page says otherwise, Life Tap Labs owns the site's writing, structure, design, branding, case-study presentation, and related materials, or uses them with permission.

You may browse the site for ordinary purposes. You may not use it to abuse or mislead others, break the law, disrupt the site, or collect its content beyond normal review.

Life Tap Labs may change, pause, remove, or replace any part of the site, including service descriptions, case studies, forms, prices, contact steps, and assessment features.

These terms may change as the site, assessment, or business changes. If you keep using the site after an update, the revised terms apply from then on.

If a later written agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement applies to the specific relationship it covers.
