Information we may collect
Life Tap Labs may collect information a person or business chooses to submit through the website, including names, email addresses, business names, website URLs, phone numbers, industry details, service-area details, assessment answers, messages, and related business context.
The site may also collect ordinary technical information, such as browser and device details, timestamps, referral details, page activity, security signals, spam-prevention signals, and diagnostic logs that help keep the site working.
Visitors should avoid sending unnecessary secrets, protected health information, regulated data, or highly sensitive material through a public website form unless it is genuinely needed for the inquiry.
How we may use submitted information
Submitted information may be used to respond to inquiries, evaluate service fit, prepare recommendations, review project context, and decide whether the next responsible path is AI Booking Desk, Workflows, Foundations, Blueprint, Prototype, Not Ready Yet, or another follow-up step.
Contact-form submissions may be sent through the site's email-delivery provider and delivered to Life Tap Labs inboxes for review. Submitted details may therefore appear in email logs, recipient mailboxes, and normal follow-up records.
Information may also be used to improve the assessment, refine intake questions, understand recurring AI integration needs, reduce spam, protect the site, maintain business records, and support later communication related to the inquiry.
What we do not do
Life Tap Labs does not sell submitted business information as a general business practice. It does not publish identifiable assessment submissions, contact-form messages, workflow descriptions, or other submitted materials as marketing proof without permission.
Submitting information through the website does not make the submission public, and it does not create consent for Life Tap Labs to use identifiable business details as a testimonial, case study, or endorsement.
- Submitted materials are not sold as a mailing list or data product.
- Identifiable submissions are not published as case-study material without permission.
- Assessment answers are not treated as a public testimonial or endorsement.
- Submission does not create a promise of indefinite storage or perpetual retention.
Storage, retention, and review
Submitted information may be stored in business systems, inboxes, notes, logs, or operational records used for follow-up, recommendation generation, assessment improvement, and service design.
Records may be retained when needed to understand a past inquiry, support a future conversation, maintain ordinary business records, protect the site, or resolve a question about what was submitted and how Life Tap Labs responded.
Requests about access, correction, or deletion can be sent through the contact path or by emailing hello@lifetaplabs.com. Life Tap Labs may need to retain limited records for business, security, dispute, tax, or legal reasons, but requests will be reviewed in good faith.
Security and service providers
Life Tap Labs may rely on third-party providers for hosting, email delivery, anti-spam protection, forms, scheduling, analytics, and related business operations. Those providers may process information as needed for the site to function.
No website, email system, contact form, or storage layer is perfectly secure. Life Tap Labs takes reasonable care with public-site information, but visitors should use normal judgment when deciding what to submit.
Policy scope and changes
This privacy policy applies to the public Life Tap Labs website and the ordinary intake paths connected to it. It is not an enterprise data-processing agreement, custom confidentiality agreement, or substitute for a later written contract.
Life Tap Labs may update this policy as the site, assessment process, and service operations change. Continued use of the site after updates means the revised policy applies going forward.
Questions about this policy can be sent through the normal contact path.
